Today is day 4. I have not eaten yet. I am honestly, really dreading this day.
All I can eat are bananas. I really hate bananas :(
I am going to make that smoothie, but to do that, I need to wash the blender >_> I don't want to do dishes lol.
Edit: I ate 3 bananas on their own, and finally the 4th one I made into a smoothie.
I found it much easier to eat that way :)
Here was the smoothie recipe if you are interested.
2 bananas
3 cups skim milk
4 dashes of cinnamon
1 dash of nutmeg
ice to taste (I prefer mine a little more liquidy so I only used about half a tray of ice, but if you prefer yours thicker, add more ice, or another banana).
blend to desired consistency.
